Keeping your potato chip intake to moderate calories can be challenging, but Starbucks makes it easy by offering a 210 calorie singe-serving bag of "perfectly salted" chips. Perfectly salted equates to 180 milligrams of sodium per bag, which is 7% of the DV (Daily Value). The skin-on, salty crunchy chips pair nicely with the lightly sweetened latte, making a satisfying combo. The flavor duo goes beyond Starbucks: In the supermarket Lays offers 'Cappucino' chips. A serving size is 1 ounce, about 15 chips, sporting 160 calories and only 40mg sodium. My overall preference is to consume the chips and coffee separately, a la Starbucks. But if you don't have time to make that stop, then Lays has your back!
